Setting up

Enable notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications, enable the master toggle, then choose which types you want.

Set your timing

Configure your preferred morning and evening times, plus quiet hours (default: 10 PM to 7 AM).

All timing is based on your configured timezone.

Morning briefing card

When you tap the morning notification (or visit the dashboard in the morning), a briefing card shows three things:

  1. Sleep: your Oura sleep score and total hours
  2. Calendar Load: today's load percentage and event count
  3. Collision Status: severity badge (green, yellow, amber, or red)

Below these, a personalized recommendation adapts to your specific combination of sleep quality and schedule intensity. Very low sleep with a packed calendar triggers recovery advice. Good sleep with a light schedule highlights conditions for deep work.

The briefing appears once per day and is dismissible.

Quiet hours

During quiet hours, notifications are skipped (not queued). If a morning notification falls inside quiet hours, it fires the next scheduled day. You can customize the window in Settings.

Cooldowns

Each notification type has a cooldown to prevent overload:

  • Morning, evening, collision, health, sync: once per 24 hours
  • Weekly report: once per 7 days

Managing subscriptions

Push notifications use your browser's web push system. You can enable or disable any type individually from Settings, revoke push permission from your browser, or unsubscribe from weekly emails using the link in any report.
