Quick Start

Set up Lifestack and connect your first data source in five minutes.

You are five minutes away from seeing your time, health, and energy in one place.

Create your account

Sign up at lifestack.app/register. No credit card required.

Connect your data sources

Go to Settings > Integrations and connect at least one source. The more you connect, the richer the picture becomes.

Google Calendar

Lifestack reads your event timing, attendee count, and status. It uses this to calculate your Calendar Load: a single score that tells you how demanding your day is.

On first connection, 60 days of events are synced (30 days before and after today). After that, sync is automatic.

Oura Ring

Lifestack syncs your sleep, readiness, heart rate, activity, and stress data every hour. This powers your Biological Capacity score: how much energy your body actually has today, personalized to your baseline.

On first connection, 30 days of historical data are backfilled.

Pulse for macOS (optional)

A lightweight menu bar app that tracks which desktop apps you use and for how long. This powers your Focus Score: how deeply you concentrated today.

Download from GitHub, then paste your API key from Settings.

Explore your dashboard

After connecting at least one integration, your dashboard comes alive:

  • Timespace card with your Calendar Load score and today's meeting breakdown
  • Health card with your Biological Capacity score
  • Morning briefing each day with your sleep summary, calendar load, and collision status
  • Collision warnings when your schedule demands more than your body can sustain

Try the Event Horizon

Navigate to the Timespace page. The Event Horizon is a 24-hour radial clock that layers four data streams into concentric rings:

RingWhat it showsSource

Energy (inner)Your biological energy curveOura Ring

Hover any arc for details. A green hand marks the current time, splitting past from future.

Turn on notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications and enable the ones that matter to you:

  • Morning briefing: your day ahead at a glance
  • Evening check-in reminder: a ten-second mood and energy log
  • Collision warning: heads up when tomorrow looks overloaded
  • Weekly report: your week summarized every Monday

All timing respects your timezone and quiet hours.

Let insights build

The insight engine needs time to find patterns. After about 14 days of paired calendar and health data, you will start seeing:

  • Collision detection: when your schedule exceeds your body's capacity
  • Meeting hangover patterns: which meeting types correlate with next-day fatigue
  • Recovery debt tracking: whether strain is accumulating or recovering over time
